Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. Unless otherwise agreed the Customer shall pay the invoiced amount immediately from the date of Deep Sea Freight’s issuance of the invoice.
All fees and or charges must be paid.
At Deep Sea Freight Ltd, all credit/debit card payments are handled by Worldpay. Following your order completion, you will automatically be redirected to the Worldpay payment gateway.
We do not store any of your payment information (bank, debit or credit card details). As soon as we have received payment, you will be sent an email containing your booking confirmation.

Should you wish to cancel the booking, we must receive this instruction to us in writing 7 days prior to your shipment departing. You will not be able to cancel after this time.
If you do cancel you will still be liable for any charges incurred such as (but not limited to) any collection charges, storage charges, handling charges, packing charges & management fees.
